Shakeerah's career didn't start in tax. It started in financial services — managing customer-facing teams, where she learned that the difference between a frustrated customer and a loyal one is almost always how clearly someone explains what just happened.
From there she moved into the travel industry as a corporate trainer, building programs that turned intimidating systems into instructions a new hire could follow on day one. That work — translating complexity into action — became her professional signature.
